The plan
A MIX OF HOUSES AND WORKSPACES
In the former Philips area, locally known as the bustling Strijp-S in Eindhoven, Strijp/S4 is being developed. With a mix of around 45,000 m² of workspaces (for companies and entrepreneurs), around 3,500 m² of public-oriented functions (shops, catering and other facilities) and in which around 3,500 m² will be reserved for cultural and recreational activities, Strijp/S4 offers something for everyone. Both for rent and for sale, from small to large workspaces to a number of unique (studio) homes. A total of 1,400 homes will also be added, contributing to a dynamic mix of living and working. This in the vibrant, creative district with restaurants, fine workplaces for entrepreneurs and daily amenities.
