SPARK SALES PROCEDURE

Many apartments at SPARK have already been sold, but there are still a number of apartments available. In the SPARK apartment selector you can see which apartments are available or under option. Is your dream apartment among them? Then register your preference via the registration form. Also complete the Start of Sales questionnaire as fully as possible (in your personal account) and already arrange a financial check with your mortgage advisor or bank. The real estate agent will then contact you.

During the agreed option period, the real estate agent will personally inform you with further information about the apartment, the living environment, the purchase process, the planning, and more. The agent can also provide detailed advice about the sale of your current home and, if you wish, assist you with arranging your mortgage.
