SPARK SALES PROCEDURE

1. During the period from January 8 up to and including January 19, 2026, you can submit your preferences for an apartment (maximum of 5). Please also complete the SPARK Sales questionnaire as fully as possible (in your account) and make sure to arrange a financial check with your mortgage advisor or bank. The first apartments will be allocated after January 19. Those who are allocated an apartment will be invited to meet with the real estate agent for a personal appointment and will be fully informed about the allocated apartment and more.

2. Even after this date, you can still submit your preferences as long as apartments are available. If an apartment is currently in option, you will be placed on the waiting list. In the SPARK apartment selector, you can see which apartments are still available or currently in option.

THE REAL ESTATE AGENT

Naturally, purchasing an apartment raises many questions. We understand that you want as many answers as possible before making a final decision. Therefore, you can reserve the apartment of your choice without obligation, if still available. During the agreed option period, the real estate agent will personally inform you with further information about the apartment, the living environment, the purchase process, the planning, and more. The agent can also provide detailed advice about the sale of your current home and, if you wish, assist you with arranging your mortgage.
